At Scentful we strive to ensure that all of our customers are happy with their purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you can easily return your product within 14 days of receipt.

How does the return process work?

  1. Send an email
    Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order by sending an email to info@scentful.nl . Please include your order number and the reason for return in the email.

  2. Receive the return form
    After we receive your email, we will send you a return form and further instructions for the return. Fill out the form and add it to your return.

  3. Send the package
    Pack the product carefully in the original packaging and make sure it is unused and in good condition. The return costs are for your own account, unless the product is defective or incorrectly delivered.

  4. Receive your refund
    Once we have received and inspected your return, we will process the refund. The amount will be credited back to your original payment method within 7 business days.
